I was never much of a skim drinker but the skim milk is really good for those who miss or can't give up cereal. I use it with puffed wheat or fiber one and pour a little sugar free maple syrup on it.
Only downside is price but if you can afford a measly $4 per jug it's great. I alternate between this and almond or cashew milk to mix things up.
