Okay, if I'm doing IF to burn body fat and planning to eat a shitton of protein to gain/keep muscle, how am I able to fit what I eat in the 2-4 hour window?

I ask because I've read that it's best to lift while on IF, however, I've also read (on /fit/) that you can't absorb more than 40g of protein in one sitting.
