Here is my progress , roughly 80 days.

108 kilos to 94 kilos.

I realized even tho I have lost a lot of weight I still look like shit, with no access to a gym I've just started bodyweight workout routine.
I'm one week into it so it's still early and I probably won't see results for another 6 weeks.

>tfw I only done running and HIIT for 2 months and regret it.
