Good job op once I got my first muscle up I was able to get to about five, two weeks later. They're fun, if you like calisthenics try going for a front lever or 1 arm chinup

I tried the archer pullups, weighted pullups and elastic bands and there's always a point where I'm completely blocked

Need atleast 10 clean pull ups. You can rely on kips on your 1st mu and then removr them once you have enough arm power.
