I like to put

250g curd
40g (1 dl) oats
2 dl juice soap

in a bowl and mix and then eat. It's around 350 kcal total, with plenty of protein, depening a bit on the brand of the quark. Usually theyre around 12 g / 100 g, making that close to 30 grams of protein from the quark alone.

Add a banana or whatever the fuck if you want.

Question: Is it in any way a stupid idea to get the majority of my bulking calories from unsalted peanuts? What I mean is that eat what I normally do and then eat ~150 g of peanuts every day, increasing my daily caloric intake by 900-1000 cals from peanuts alone.

Peanuts are like 3 euros for a kg and the macros generally seem pretty good for bulking. Is there something I'm missing out on? 100g of peanuts contains 600 calories and eating 100g of peanuts is piss easy. Why isn't it more common when talking about bulking diets?

Without going into too much detail, my base diet is good and balanced, I get enough protein etc etc, so surely just simply eating a bit more of what I usually do and then eating peanuts on top of it all should be a good way to bulk or no?

It's certainly better for you than weight gainer, but you could do better. It's mostly omega-6 fats, has a lot of phytic acid and some other hippie shit you probably don't care about. In reality you're fine, but I'd strongly consider replacing half of those with oats or at least some other types of nuts/legumes
