Hey guys, I havent really lifted in almost 2 months because I had labrum surgery. But it is at the point where I can start now. I measured the difference in my arms and I lost 1 inch on my good arm, and 2 inches on my arm with surgery. So this kind of upsets me. Now my arm still hurts and shit it is not quite healed yet but doc said I can hit the gym again. What routine should I do? I know i should stay away from barbells if I want to even out my arm sizes but I wana go in there and do well with a structures routine with progressive overload. I really want my arm size back. Is this possible before school In January? Thanks
