That said, that particular PWO I just listed has made me SMASH gym totals before. But I wouldn't take it again because after I cycled off of it I became addicted to it. Taking that PWO was an all-day thing that gave me energy outside of the gym too, and its so potent you start to rely on it.
It's really the same with all PWOs and all supplements in general. You don't need them if your lifestyle is healthy. If you want that extra boost, sure, but you have to be prepared to flex your willpower because your body will get addicted to it and you will need to act accordingly. I myself don't take PWOs, I find other ways to get psyched and head into the gym.
