I've just come back from surgery in my knees and therefore i am prohibited to put excessive pressure on my legs, with means i cant train legs.

That is why im searching for an example of a 5 day split, mon-fri, that is the closest to Layne Norton Phat. Before my surgery i was just following his routine as seen on simplyshredded.
