Day 1: Bench with chest and tri
Day 2: Dead lift with back, bis, and abs
Day 3: Press with shoulders
Day 4: Squat with legs and abs
Day 5: Power Cleans with random shit like tire flips and sled pushes
Throw in random cardio like boxing and running usually three times a week and that's my routine. It's been working so far I've added 10-20lbs to each lift since I started 2.5 months months ago. Pic related is goal body
