I'm starting my cut as of today, /fit/, as I felt like a piece of shit earlier. I was wondering about using creatine on a cut? I used creatine when I first started lifting but retard me expected instaresults so stopped using it when it didn't triple my bench.
I just did a bodyfat calculator that put me at 18% (I think its more like 21-22, my results are skewed by loose skin as a former hamplanet) and I'm hoping to get down to about 13% with this cut but want to minimise strength and muscle losses as much as possible.

tl;dr do you use creatine while cutting? Should someone who's never used it before use it when starting a cut?
