Hey guys,
I tried HIIT jogging for the first time today (I'm a somewhat seasoned runner), doing 8*15 sec sprints and 45sec recovery. I felt like puking once it was over so I guess it went well.
Anyway, I'm not sure whether this is a good schedule, should I run less fast but push my total exercise time to 20 minutes (instead of 8)? I can't find much reliable information on the internet, most webpages on the subject are clickbait articles that want to make lazy couchpotatoes believe they can actually get fit effortlessly...
