Bernie says the exact opposite. Just give a man a fish a day for free, surely that will get him motivated to work in a minimum wage job as we would like him to. I'm guessing his next step is to increase minimum wage while the jobs keep getting shittier. Here, take these extra five bucks, that should make feeling like a primitive robot all day worth it.
