Haven't been around in a while, glad to see nothing's changed lol
I find myself in a place of uncertainty and need advice.
I've gotten bored from bodybuilding lately and have really gotten into strength training.
I'm 6'1, 220 lbs. Currently wrapping up my MMJFL football season as a defensive lineman.
Question:
Given where I'm at physically, should I be eating at a surplus or still focusing on fat burning while I train? Should I just maintain a normal clean diet or should I do a clean bulk for strength gains? I want to get strong as fuck but I'd like to avoid becoming a fatty again.
