Does fit have anxiety?

I have awful anxiety and hypochondria. I started celexa and have been having numb tingly feelings in left arm and foot. I had an MRI and blood work last week. Could it be als? I've had symptoms for a while. Anyway what symptoms does fit get when having an anxiety episode?

Yeah, social anxiety that's slowly evolving into a panic disorder. Might start getting a Xanax script.
My therapist says I should just think about something physical and rewarding when I'm about to get a panic attack, so I've started to think about deadlifting to alleviate a potential panic attack

was in same boat op, dont do xanax its fucking posion. get on cintralopram. get it upped as high as you need it, its safe. I had a 24/7 fear of my heart exploding and it stopped that in its tracks, the best way to beat anxiety is keep getting in situations that cause it and realize to yourself its not that bad, its all in your head. if your doing drugs that may be the cause, stop that too.

I've had serious anxiety since high school. Never got any treatment for it until I was 20. Took Prozac and got erectile dysfunction, so I got off it.

Started having REALLY bad panic attacks earlier this year and the doctor put me on some shit that I don't even remember the name of, but it didn't help. He told me some of the stronger meds would probably give me ED again, so I'm just trying to deal with anxiety by drowning myself in lifting weights and playing video games. Been helping to keep my mind off things that normally caused the anxiety.
