Hi I m on my cut today I ate 330g chicken baked breasts and drunk 1l milk + 250g mixed vegetables[vegetables are claiming to be 120cal] milk 480 and breast I guess 300 that is like 900cal

Extreme Fat Loss 1653

Should I aim for at least these 1650 calories?
I m 22yo 192cm 91kg [had 95kg week ago but could be water weight]

I also used to lift for 2years and do not wish to losse that little muscle I have and I still lift 1-2days/week

Should I force myself to eat more? I feel really full on this diet but I want to keep my gainz.

My target weight is 80kg and then slowly bulk to 90 [but without so much fat this time]

I wish to be smarter years ago and do not eat so much shit
