Contact sport since a young age is why those guys benched 135 with ease, an athletic background makes that a perfectly reasonable lift, and the sort of guys who play any contact sport at high levels are lifting from young ages. Yes, genetics is important, but it's not what makes them look that way.
Any professional rugby player will be lifting seriously, with an excellent diet and coaching too, on top of their other training. That's why they're so huge, because they've been lifting from a young age, saying that what is in the end a professional athlete isn't training better than 99.999% of /fit/ that even lifts at all is ridiculous.
As is implying that there's literally no roiding going on amongst them, when there's very little reason for them not to roid, the clubs don't give a shit as long as they bring in money, and avoiding testing is easy with that level of dedication.
Your frame just limits how big you can get, really, the rest is determined by physical activity, and determination.
