Tight hamstrings

Lads I have very tight hamstrings, as shown in exhibit B. (Pic)

How can I quickly stretch my hamstrings? It's effecting my training badly and I need it fixed ASAP.

I have a foam roller

You obviously won't be able to extend your legs fully but if you keep your entire palms on the ground and try to extend your legs, it will stretch the shit out of your hamstrings. Probably the best hamstring stretch I know

Not how it works chap... If you want to improve your flexibility of your hamstring you have to stretch consistently for a long time.....

Also just google hamstring stretch you lazy fuck

Sit with your feet against the wall and straight legs. Lean until you feel a slight stretch. Hold for a minute. Take deep breaths and slowly ease forward. Do 3-4 times. Do it every day multiple times.

you can't really, that's sort of the point. they're tight from sitting 99% of the time so to stretch them you need to take several minutes and not rush it

Take this cunts advice with a large crystal of halite. For a year I stretched my "hamstrings" and only felt the stretch in the back of my knees. Turns out I was stretching my sciatic nerve.

Personally I never thought I'd reach my toes, within a few sessions I could, it's not like I can hold it for minutes but just reaching them is pretty amazing
