>>34697313Right, anon, you don't really need shit for bodyweight training OR weight training especially when you're first starting off. For bodyweight, maybe parallel bars or paralletes, maybe stall bars. I have none of those and Im doing just fine. For weightlifting, shoes and wraps and whatever the fuck else you want are also optional, I'm not using anything special for my weight training either, just shoes with flat bottoms and no padding.
The thing that most people on this board fuck up with, is that bodyweight training is endless reps of the basics. Sure that's one way to condition/get endurance. But there are progressions and there are hard as fuck skills that demand a lot of strength.
Start off with either the Startbodyweight or the Reddit routine. If you're gonna drop the bodyweight stuff later anyway, no point getting on a really comprehensive routine. I'd go with Reddit one, (personal bias, no experience with the Startbodyweight one). Any questions fire away.
