What is the consensus on cheat days?

I have had 3 in the past two weeks but after each day I've fasted for 24 hours and ate low cal and/or low carb the following 2 days after that.

I seem to get rid of the weight I gained, maintain my strength. I'm not sure if I have lost much int he past couple of weeks but will this fuck my progress up?
