Food companies have put sugar in everything. Absolutely everything. And it's ruining everything. Simple foods that aren't supposed to contain any sugar or low sugar have a ton.
Flavored "but healthy" greek yogurt, has ~10 grams of sugar per container
Certain pre-packaged carrots have 5 grams of sugar per serving. 5 grams!
People make an honest attempt because they have no idea how to read labels.
Not to mention there is NO daily percentage value for sugar on ANY LABEL.
It"s fucking appalling.
