Lets say you aim to do ~30 working reps in a session.
Why would you do 3x10 when you could do 10x3?
Why would you do 4x8 when you could do 8x4?
Why would you do 5x6 when you could do 6x5?
Lastly, why do bodybuilders hardly ever implement periodization?
