people who obsess over legs are usually 1 of a few things:
1. overweight; no aesthetics, therefore overcompensates against every person with a good looking physique with: "ye well how much do you SQUAT though". nobody cares.
2. first 6 months of training: weak, no aesthetics same as overweight; this upsets their ego so they need to lash out at people with good physiques: "enjoy no gainz without SS" again, nobody cares.
3. shit genetics, exact same as overweight & no muscles, can't compete conveniently so relies on the niche aspects of 'bodybuilding' in order to pull down other peoples good looking physique; "pssh skipped leg day" again, nobody cares.
hearing people talk about "heh skipped leg days" pretty much guarantees they're reddit tier first 6 month lifters; they probably also wanna discuss the best pre-workout and if its okay to lift more than 3 times a week, also does cardio really cause you to lose your gains?
