TRX can be a pretty good tool. By adjusting your placement you can make the exercices easier/harder. Look up some exercices online, their are some pretty good ones that actually help for hypertrophy/strength

TRX isn't bad. We have them at my gym, sometimes I use them to do upright rows and bodyweight flies. A girl can stick to bodyweight exercises and be successful, so it doesn't matter as long as she does it and has fun.
