I ate Oreos in a really gross way when I was a kid. I shit you not if you have a weak stomach don't read this. I would dunk an Oreo in milk, chew it up, then spit up what was essentially Oreos with the consistency of mashed potatoes back into my cup, rinse and repeat with all the oreos. Then I would swirl the milk a bit, then drink it, and then I was left with this Oreo mash at the bottom of my cup, then I would just let the sludge slowly slide into my mouth, then I would eat it.

But seriously, repping one plate is such an entry level feat that it's not practical as a fitness test.

Repping 225 is done in the NFL combine, and 225 is a respectable gym-rat weight, so it makes for an actual challenge.

Repping 135 as a pissing contest is like being the world's loudest whisperer.

it's not like 135 is nothing, most people would probably get between 10-25 reps. And that's more interesting than "how many times can you rep 225" which lots of people already do as part of their workout.

in high school the football players would rep 135 as a contest and most of the college-level guys got 30+ reps. i think i got 13-15 or so. I bench 245 now and according to some bench calculator thing online, benching 135 20 times would only give me a max of 215-220, so i could probably do more than 25 now, the question is, why the fuck would anyone want to care about benching 40 pounds less than the average adult male bodyweight, unless you're a marathoner or something?

We did a 225 rep contest at my high school. I was able to win with 17 reps beating 2nd place at 15. Weird thing is my max one rep is 280 so I think that bench calculated is bs
