Hey fit. Up until this last year, I was lifting somewhat and training taekwondo almost every day as I was a high level fighter. During this, I had butt like pic related. I still have a good one now, but I've lost just a little size. Could someone write me up a little routine that will work every muscle so I can get that roundness and projection back? Weights, plyo, whatever works. Thanks!
