My office buys oat bran, almond butter, and bananas so that's free breakfast every day. I make a fat crockpot of lentil veggie stew and eat that with rice or quinoa for about half a week. Around Wednesday I'll make another crockpot of something else, often chili or an Indian chickpea dish.
Supplement all this with chicken and tuna made the day I'm gonna eat them and BAM, food.
