This is my transformation after 1 and 1/2 months of doing it.
I feel cognitively aware at Uni and haven't had and trouble with tiredness.
I also have more time to study and spend less time eating.
I've also gone up 10kg for 5x5 bench and 15kg for 5x5 squat and making overall strength gains, noticable size as well.
