best to just inject the tried and true hormones into yourself.
honestly you would get more gains spending ostarine money on milk. Not the sexy answer but I found sarms pretty meh

Did one 'cycle' and had 'good' results.
The results of taking it are mostly energy, motivation, gaining a little bit of strength while leaning out and overall health of joints and tendons.
Dont think you will gain as much as you would on 250mg test/week but you will definetly feel ostarine.

Also had a slight suppresion after it, so be aware that it definetly messes with your test levels - but in no way after a real cycle.

The main enticement to me is that i read it helps retain muscle while cutting. Couldn't I just counter the test reducing effects by what I currently take (maca, extra zine, magnesium and yohimbe)?

'test reducing effects' are going to be placebo. Muscle building takes place over years don't freak over a week.

Like I said it is not drastic so I wouldnt take any PCT for Ostarine, it is overkill in my opinion.
If you want to be on the safe side you can do it though. But in that case I would consider pinning real test.

There are some stronger sarms which I'd only take with a PCT.
