Turns out that 20 Mc Nuggets are only like 850 or so calories, I was super surpised to learn that seeing as how I thought all fast food was shit tier and these are slightly less so. So, that got me thinking, what are some other good foods to eat on the occasion that you are basically forced into a situation where you have to eat some fast food?
Let's say you're out with friends and they stop at something like Taco Bell (intentionally using the shittiest, most calorically dense fast food place) to eat. What do you get if you're cutting/dieting?
While were on this topic, what are some good foods you can buy and prepare that have very few calories? Any that are filling? Always looking for these types of things, just shit that makes it easier.
How much of a calorie deficit does /fit/ use in their diets? What's the safest minimum for a male? I know this one dude who went down to 1600 from a high 3000-mid 4000 calorie diet and lost over a hundred pounds so far. Is that too much of a cut?
