I've recently started adding a shit load of pure cream, 1 tea spoon of peanut butter, a spoon of olive oil and avacardo to my protein shakes. Is this a healthy bulk for my body? and are the calories going to be immense from 500ml of pure cream, with the rest being full fat milk.
