It's obvious you use a brosplit. You're lean but lack size.
You should up your frequency per musclegroup to 2x a week with low volume and high intensity for strenght and size gains.

It's low volume, high intensity, and perfect frequency for a natty. There are two choises explained in the link.
You can maybe tweak the exercises a bit according to your needs. I added flyes an did less shoulder work.

It may save you some time in the gym and in gymdays and increase your development.

used to play football a lot which helped.
This is a normal leg day for me:

Lunges 12-10-8
Seated leg curl 12-10-8
Leg press 12-10-8-6
Squat 12-10-8
Leg extensions 15-12-10-8

Haven't trained my calfs for over a year because of a injury. Also did a lot of reps on the leg extension in the beginning like 30-25-20-15 which helped getting a good defenition

Squat 100 kg
Deadlift around 80 kg i guess, haven't done a deadlift in a couple of months so guess it's higher now.

He probably doesn't care about big numbers, I know few roiders in my gym that literally do goblet squats no deadlifts,leg press and literally everything else is dumbbell upper body and they look bigger than even IPF heavy weights (not gonna mention natty BBs because they look small as fuck)

What can I do? I have a standing vertical of 33 inches, a 55 inch box jump, mole time of 4:45 and a 100m dash under 12 seconds. Being 5'8" and pulling 3x body weight has its advantages.

Yes. I have not seen anyone within 20 lbs of my body weight deadlift more than me in person. I've seen some 160 lb 5'5" manlets do it.

My brother lifted on and off for a year or two and only deadlifted 300 lbs. I hit 405 with shit form in one year at a lower weight than my brother was when he pulled 300.

I can jump higher and run faster than my 183cm father ever did.

The main thing is, I'm doing all this with basically an untrained man's muscle mass, because I haven't bulked up yet.
I'll be pulling 500, benching 250 and squatting 405 at 160 within a year.

I hit 500 about a year into training, took me almost another full year to add that extra 40.
Going from a 365 squat to a 425 squat took almost a year, you have no idea how progression works once you pass noob gains.

996 is right. My physique and muscle gain are shit to the point that I can't give advice on bodybuilding. My lifts aren't good enough to give strength advice.

The only things I can give any constructive advice on are distance running, sprints and vertical jumps.
Every other bit of advice I give is pretty much a negative example.

this is a picture of me at 16, a month before i joined the gym. all I did was push-ups and arm workouts up until i joined. I guess im not natty here either? anyone with some knowledge knows that Eugene Sandow is not the "natural limit". Im nowhere near huge. In this picture im only 5'10 135lbs. My structure/insertions play the biggest part in the way i look.

I haven't actually squatted 330.
The most weight I've gotten under is 315 pounds for 8 half squats, to the depth of pic related, which I did as a part of my jump training.

With low bar, I did 315 for 1 belted rep back in May, to powerlifting depth.

Recently, I've done 290 beltless high bar for
a pause, which is much harder than 315 to powerlifting depth. My range of motion is about 23 inches.

I do realize that, but what many people have to realize is not everyone is the same genetically. there are out-liers who put on muscle easier, who have been muscle insertions, who have better bone structure. those are the people who are textbook bodybuilders, not everyone can be that. just like not everyone can be a NBA player.
