I woke up with a bad headache and stiff neck. While driving to work I started to feel nausea. I took three IBP an hour ago but the pain hasn't really subsided. Should I try to go to work anyways? I haven't had a migraine for many years and my headache doesn't feel as bad as a migraine, but these are symptoms of one and I'm afraid of what will happen when the drugs subside.

Sitting in a mcdonalds now waiting next to the bathroom in case I get sick. What do you guys think? I told my boss what's up but haven't asked off.
