I have a couple of questions about braces /fit/
So this year I finally managed to get the money for braces, but i'm kinda spooked about the whole thing. I have a huge gap between my front teeth like pic related, also between my canine tooth and a lateral incisor.
First of all, is there any chance of teeth breaking while wearing braces? Mine are healthy and all,but I'm terrified of the possibility, since y'know, I'm 27 - I assume my teeth are more fragile than when I was a teen.
Secondly, just exactly how painful is this procedure? And finally, won't getting braces fuck with my bite? I mean, if you eat a certain way for over a decade, screwing with that feels like you are begging for an accident to happen.
