On a more positive note, I've finished translating the longsword/armoured section of Fiore's getty treatise to portuguese.

It sucks to feel hungry but if you eat stuff that fill you up without having too much calories, like vegetables and stuff rich on fibres, and drink lots of water, it can help soothe that anxiousness.
