>>34704305Look into hand paddles and a pull buoy. Personally, I don't think kicking would be good for your ankle. If you have hand paddles and a pull buoy, you can do a pull workout. It will be extremely challenging at first, but a few weeks in you'll feel great. And it'll give you dem lats.
I swam for like 6 years and that wasn't uncommon for hurt swimmers to do.
