How to increase your vertical while lifting

Next march I'll start playing for my uni basketball team, and I want to increase my vertical jump as much as I can until them. So,
>1) What kind of program should I follow? plyometrics?
>2) How should I integrate them into my lifting workout? (currently I'm doing a push pull split 4 times a week)
