second attempt to get fit
first attempt i lost 65 lbs and put on a lot of newb gains. i mean alot of newb gains.got worn out due to a like 1100 calorie diet and daily cardio / lifting. ive since put back on 75% of that weight
my second attempt is now in motivation of a girl ive been talking to. she volunteers at a church, works at a daycare, is a straight A student in college, incredibly beautiful and knows what she wants to do for a living. and she likes me alot. and I want to be a hot piece of ass, just for her.
am i setting myself up for failure?
