For now I want to improve my strength, and finish getting these noob gains but avoid t-rex mode. I started a hungry skelly, long distance runner, and did SS + GOMAD for a while so my lower body progressed much faster than my upper. Had to stop lifting for almost 3 weeks due to vacation, so that slowed me down.

I stalled on bench and OHP for some time before switching to this routine, which helped me break my plateaus, but this is a routine out of my noob ass, so there's probably a lot of room for improvement.
Also, I feel I'm almost at the end of my newb gains, I need a lot of rest between my sets (like 7-9 min for squats and bench)

I've started my accessories not so long ago, so stats are irrelevant for now.
