Kind of a bullshit thread, but here I go.

A few years ago I was an avid poster here. I got out, studies and school consumed me and got back to being fat. I have two kids and I want to be in the best shape for them as they grow into more sentient children. No time for gym, so my main work outs or push aways, put downs, and a wide variety of bodyweight exercises.

I have a pair of 20 pound dumbells at the house.

What are good exercises I can do to further my weight loss? I've lost about 15 pounds over the past month as I've been eating less.
