yo /fit/, how do you eat things that make you gag?

i hate peanuts and peanut butter, by even a small spoon of it in my shakes ruins it completely.
i also hate raw eggs and banana's
i hear of body builders drinking pure olive and fish oil, so there must be at least a way to ignore the taste?

I've been a picky eater my whole life
