alternating sets of chin ups and dips
chin ups x10
dips x10
chin ups x8
dips x8
chin ups x6
dips x6
everything else is 3 sets of 8 reps. here's where i'm at:
-DB bench press (45 lb dumbbells).
-reverse barbell curls (50 lbs)
-DB rows (40 lbs)
-incline DB flys (30 lbs)
-alternating tricep pull down and bicep rope pull ups.
-21's (i can usually only get through like 1 and a half at 50 lbs).
-skullcrushers.
there are a few more, but you get the point. i'm just trying to build upper body (inb4 legs, I KNOW the importance). I've started eating 3000 cal. per day and I've gained about 5 lbs in a month). i mainly want to focus on my arms and chest and back
any criticism, whether constructive or not, is appreciated.
