I'm a 179 cm tall, 91 kg heavy male and I'm going to lose weight.

My question is, if I get about 1300-1500 calories and 200g of protein everyday, what's going to happen? Can I gain strength? Will I simply maintain strength/muscle? Will I lose strength/muscle?

I'm going to continue working out as normal (3 times a week).
