here's my progress. intended to do a 21 day cycle but i had to quit after 9 days because i was sweating PROFUSELY at night and i could only sleep a few hours because of it. this was in spite of having the windows open (35 F outside), ceiling fan on high, and a box fan pointed at my naked chest from 3' away.

hoping my weight will stabilize around 162.0 lbs.

All natural.

The reason my intake was that low was because i got a fever mid cycle and basically threw up 90% of food that enters my body and by then i was already have 4 days left of DNP cycle so i thought fuck it lets keep the calorie like this and see what happens

While not on gear and with such a high caloric deficit, your body basically enters "hungry child in Africa" mode, reserving your fat supplies and burning muscle for fuel. This is also why grills who starve themselves wonder why they still have fat all over their bodies.

It's the easiest way to kiss goodbye to all your gains.

Not on gear = TDEE -500 cal diet. Good results while keeping most of your gains.
