>>34707509get bumper plates or something soft to drop the bar on (or just damage your bar/plates/floor, i dont care) and use straps to hold onto the bar instead of your hands, like have your hands on your tits pretty much holding the straps (to be fair im not sure if you can get away with this lowbarring but it works for highbar) and if youre failing let go of the straps and kinda jump and squat foward, bar will fall on the ground. ez enough
or get some concrete blocks or sawhorses to rest the bar on if you fail
