They just give you the necessary building blocks for test production. If ,however, you're getting that in your regular nutrition already, then these are apparently completely useless.
Like taking vitamin c supplements after downing a jug of orange juice.
That being said, they may "work" very much like a multi-vitamin will "work". Almost imperceptibly.
So if you have the money and the inclination to take the pills, go for it. They're not complete snake oil, but you certainly will never "roid rage", or feel like lifting arms for 8 hours straight.
