Running, cycling, or squats?
Here's the context, l want to join the army, but the tests are fucking hard with an average human (100 pushups, 8 minute 1.5km, 10x 500meters and pullups).
What do ? I didn't start training today, but l don't wanna barely pass the test and drop out because it's too hard
