I like to vary up my training a lot not because I believe it to be the best way to develop quickly and effectively but I find it to be the most entertaining and it's more important to me to do something that I enjoy than do something that bores me because I would just drop the boring method quickly. I use kettlebells (16kg, 24kg, 2x32kg, 40kg) for swings, push press, press, TGU, cleans, snatches, rows etc. I also have gymnastics use them for muscle-ups, back lever, tucked front lever, one-hand hangs, pullups, dips etc. I also run trails, stair sprints, do judo twice a week and a lot of basic gymnastic stuff like handstands, tucked planche, L-sits, planche position pushups and whatever. I have no program because over the years I've learned that I'm too impatient or autistic or whatever to stick with a program for any real length of time, I'm all over the place with my training but my body looks good, I feel great, get compliments, my flexibility is great and I have fun, fun is the most important aspect of training to me, what's it worth if I'm not enjoying the process?
Also backflips, olympic lifts and gentle walks are all part of my training.
