The place I stay in has a private gym attached to it which is included in the rent, Its not too bad but is missing a barbell. I asked if I could simply bring my own into the gym on chest days and was told they don't allow outside equipment nor do they intend to buy a barbell.

How fucked am I for working my chest without a barbell? I mainly do flies and dumbbell presses.
