Supplement Iron. Iron deficiency can also lower thyroid function.
Cut carbs down to a minimum. Up your healthy fats to compensate for calorie loss if cutting carbs that hard makes you dip below your target.. Olive Oil, nuts, avocado, fish. that kind of stuff.
Low test can affect the signals the thyroid receives from the rest of your endocrine system.
Massage your testicles for 15-20 min once or twice a day (whenever you have time). MAKE SURE YOU DO THIS FOR 60 DAYS (it takes 60 days for the average American to form a new/drop an old habit). I know, it sounds like bro-science, but you want to get consistent blood flow to your testicles and more importantly to the cells within the testes that help create your hormone feedback loop. Look up how to do this online.
Lift heavy, as heavy as you safely can. This will help with the above. Heavy lifts can create an adrenal response which in turn creates a test response and the feedback loop carries on to your hypothalamus, pituitary, and thyroid.
Remember, you're trying to create enough of a change in your hormone feedback loop to where it can permanently maintain it's state.
I'm not a doctor and this is not medical advice. I just know someone who did this. Their thyroid operates much better than it did. It's still on the low end of the spectrum, but it's within normal values now. They watch what they eat and they're good to go.
