Stomach Progress

Hey! Im calling out to /fit for some advice about stomach exercises.

I really don't feel i'm gaining any progress with my abs, and i've tried to google for any answers but there is just a load of ads and i honestly don't trust the sites i end up reading.

So im currently doing reps of plank and and side crunches with manuals. 6 days a week.

Also my bodyfat is currently a little high so i'm planning to stop drinking for a while to see if that will help a little. ( i've been drinking alot lately as i've become a student)

My primary form of exersise is running.

I run 3 times a week and lift 3 days a week.

I'm getting 1,5 g/kg proteins atm, witch i belevie would be enough.

So my question is; does anyone want to share their stomach scedual with me and maybe give some tips ?
